    When did YouTube claim to be “safe for children”. It does block out porn but other content is inappropriate for anyone under 13, that’s why YouTube requires users to be 13. Parents should be smart enough to look into the websites their children get into instead of just believing that every site their kid gets into is appropriate for their age.
